About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions describe use of the TC Acrylic website and the general process for business project inquiries. The site is intended mainly for business customers researching custom acrylic products or asking us to review a project.

TC Acrylic is the website brand presented by Dongguan Tuocheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. These website terms are not, by themselves, a complete sales contract for a custom order. The effect of any quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, order confirmation or sales contract depends on what the parties actually agree and applicable law.

Website Use

You may browse the site, use its project inquiry features and contact us for lawful business purposes. Please do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site or submit material that you are not entitled to share.

If you notice a technical issue or believe content is being misused, contact us so we can review it.

Website Content & Product Information

Product descriptions, images, dimensions and design examples help explain possible project directions. Some images are reference or concept visuals rather than photographs of completed customer work; any label accompanying an image should be read with it.

A design illustration or product category on the site is not a promise that every depicted material, finish or construction has been validated for repeat production. Feasibility and final specifications need to be reviewed for each project.

Custom Projects & Inquiries

Our current website covers Acrylic Displays, American Acrylic Mahjong and Acrylic Merchandise. A custom request may require review of intended use, dimensions, quantity, materials, artwork, packaging, sampling and production feasibility.

Sending an inquiry starts a discussion; it does not itself reserve capacity or confirm that a product can be made to the requested specification.

Quotations & Order Confirmation

A quotation is prepared against the project details available at the time and may need revision when requirements change. Final price, currency, quantity, payment, production timing, taxes and delivery arrangements should be recorded in the documents agreed for that order.

Submitting a website inquiry is not, by itself, a confirmed purchase order. These website terms set no standard quotation validity period, payment percentage or automatic order-acceptance rule. Whether an order has been formed depends on the parties’ later communications, agreed documents and applicable law.

Drawings, Samples & Approvals

For a custom project, the parties should identify the current drawing or design version and the specifications to be reviewed. If a sample, print proof or color reference is needed, its purpose and approval points should be agreed for that project.

Changes to dimensions, artwork, materials, packaging or other requirements may affect feasibility, cost or timing and should be discussed before work proceeds. Responsibilities for preparing and approving information should be addressed in the project documents; they are not assigned entirely to either party by this page.

Customer-Supplied Files & Intellectual Property

You may share logos, trademarks, CAD drawings, designs, artwork, reference images, samples or packaging information so we can assess your request. Please share only material that you are entitled to provide for that purpose.

Submitting a file does not transfer ownership of the rights you hold in it to TC Acrylic. Website text, imagery, marks and third-party material remain subject to their respective rights; displaying them on this site does not grant a general right to reproduce them for unrelated purposes.

We use inquiry files for project review and communication. Personal information included in those files is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Any additional confidentiality or permitted-use commitments should be agreed separately for the relevant project.

Manufacturing, Quality & Variations

A production project should be assessed against the specifications, approved references and quality criteria actually agreed for that order. Material options, tolerances, color expectations and appearance standards should be confirmed where they matter to the intended use.

This website does not set a default tolerance, require acceptance of a particular defect or replace a project-specific quality agreement.

Lead Times & Delivery

Timing can depend on design review, material availability, sampling, order quantity, packaging and the chosen transport plan. A website description is not a fixed production or delivery promise for every order.

Any target or committed dates, delivery milestones and consequences of a change should be addressed in the confirmed project documents.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders can involve freight charges, customs procedures, duties and taxes. The allocation of these costs and responsibilities should be stated in the agreed quotation or order documents; this website does not select FOB, EXW, DDP or any other trade term for every order.

If the parties use an Incoterms® rule, they should identify the chosen rule, named place or point and applicable version in the project documents.

Changes, Cancellations & Product Issues

Please tell us promptly if you need to change or cancel a custom request, or if you believe delivered products do not match the agreed requirements. The parties can then review the project stage, approved specifications, relevant records, agreed order terms and applicable law.

This website sets no blanket ban on cancellations, automatic forfeiture of deposits, universal exclusion of quality claims or fixed claims deadline. Any such material commercial condition would need to be addressed in the applicable agreed documents.

Applicable Law & Disputes

This website does not specify one governing law, court, arbitration institution or liability limit for every custom order. Those issues, and any priority between transaction documents, should be addressed in documents the parties actually agree or otherwise determined under applicable law.

If a question or dispute arises about a project, contact us so the parties can review the relevant communications and agreed documents.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these website terms as the site or our inquiry process changes. The date above records the latest substantive update, and a revised version will appear at this URL.

A later website revision does not, by itself, change terms already agreed for an earlier order.
