The best display style depends on your product size, weight, visibility requirements, and how customers will interact with the products. Tiered displays help present multiple items at different heights, angled displays improve the viewing angle of packaged products, and compartment organizers keep smaller items separated. Share your product dimensions, intended quantity per display, and retail counter layout so the appropriate structure can be evaluated.

Custom dimensions and structures can be reviewed against your actual products and available counter space. Please provide the width, depth, height, and weight of each product, including packaging where applicable, along with the number of items to be displayed. The available counter dimensions, product access, and restocking requirements also help determine the footprint, shelf spacing, and overall display configuration.

Acrylic thickness should be selected according to the overall structure, unsupported panel spans, connection methods, and weight of the displayed products. Stability also depends on the base footprint, weight distribution, and how customers or staff will handle the display. Rather than applying one thickness to every design, the proposed construction should be reviewed against the intended load and relevant sample requirements before production approval.

Clear, tinted, opaque, and frosted-looking acrylic options can create different visual effects depending on the display design. Material thickness, surface appearance, edge finishing, and transparency should be considered together because they affect presentation and construction. Please provide color references or physical samples where possible. Actual material availability, finishing methods, and the final appearance need to be confirmed for the proposed design.

Branding can be incorporated into the design review through logo placement, graphic panels, or product information holders. Provide your artwork, preferred colors, approximate print area, and intended viewing direction. If promotional graphics need frequent replacement, this should be identified during the structural design stage. The appropriate printing or graphic application method and final appearance should be confirmed through the project and sample review.

Both assembled and flat-pack arrangements can be evaluated, depending on the display structure and handling requirements. Fully assembled displays may simplify in-store setup but require suitable protection and shipping space. Flat-pack designs may reduce packed volume, although they need appropriate connections, hardware, and assembly instructions. Share your preferred delivery format and installation requirements so the structure and packaging can be reviewed together.

There is no single MOQ that applies to every custom acrylic countertop display. The applicable minimum quantity and unit price depend on the design, dimensions, acrylic material, fabrication steps, printing, accessories, and packaging requirements. For projects with multiple designs, provide the target quantity for each version separately. Comparing quotations at different quantities is most useful when the product specifications and commercial terms remain consistent.

A physical sample can be discussed before bulk production, with its scope, cost, and preparation time confirmed for the project. Sample review may include product fit, overall dimensions, stability under the intended load, edge finishing, branding, assembly, and packaging. Any changes should be recorded against the approved drawing or reference sample so that the production specification is clear before the order proceeds.

Production timing depends on the approved design, material availability, fabrication complexity, order quantity, printing, assembly, and packaging requirements. Projects requiring prototype development or sample revisions may need additional preparation time. International shipping time should be considered separately from manufacturing. Share your required in-store or launch date and delivery destination so a project-specific production and delivery schedule can be reviewed.
