View All FAQs
What types of custom acrylic products can I request a quotation for?

We focus on three main product families: acrylic retail displays, American mahjong products and accessories, and branded acrylic merchandise. Projects may include display stands and cases, mahjong tiles and coordinated accessories, keychains, standees, and other custom acrylic items. Some designs involve additional materials or specialized processes, which require separate feasibility review. Please select the most relevant product category in the form. If your idea spans more than one category or you are unsure where it belongs, you can choose the corresponding option and explain the project.

Can I submit a project inquiry without CAD drawings or final artwork?

Yes. An initial project review can begin with a description, sketch, reference image, or similar product example. Approximate dimensions, intended use, material preferences, and estimated quantity are helpful but do not all need to be finalized before your first inquiry. Some projects will require production drawings, approved artwork, or a physical sample before reliable pricing or manufacturing can be confirmed. A complimentary initial feasibility discussion does not automatically include complete engineering design, detailed CAD development, or free physical sampling.

What information should I provide for a useful custom acrylic quotation?

Please share the product you want to make, its intended use, approximate finished dimensions, material or color preferences, and any artwork or reference images. Your target quantity, quantity per design, packaging requirements, destination country, and preferred delivery date are also useful. Display projects may require product dimensions and expected loading, while mahjong and merchandise projects may require tile inventories or component lists. If some information is missing, identify it in your inquiry so the relevant specifications can be reviewed before a final quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom acrylic displays, mahjong, and merchandise?

Our standard bulk-production MOQs start at 100 units for acrylic displays, 50 sets for custom American mahjong, and 300 pieces for acrylic merchandise. Smaller quantities, prototypes, and special projects may be reviewed individually, subject to manufacturing feasibility and commercial terms. Minimums for individual designs, SKUs, and accessories are confirmed during project review.

Can I request quotations for several different purchase quantities?

Yes. You can provide multiple target quantities so appropriate quotation options can be reviewed. For example, you may want to compare a trial quantity with medium or larger production volumes. The practical quantity tiers depend on product specifications, material sourcing, manufacturing setup, component quantities, and packaging requirements. Different designs or colorways may also have separate minimum quantities. Quantity-based pricing is not a guarantee that every product can be manufactured at every requested volume or that a final price can be confirmed before the specifications are complete.

What is included in the complimentary initial feasibility review?

An initial feasibility review focuses on understanding your product idea, intended application, and the key information needed to evaluate possible manufacturing approaches. Depending on the brief, it may include a discussion of suitable materials, approximate dimensions, structural considerations, artwork preparation, or sampling requirements. It is not the same as a completed engineering design service. Detailed CAD drawings, advanced product development, material testing, and physical samples may involve additional work or cost. Any additional service scope should be confirmed before proceeding.

Can sample costs be credited toward my first bulk order?

Sample cost credit can be discussed for qualifying projects, but it is not automatically included with every sample or order. Eligibility, the amount that may be credited, the applicable product, and any minimum order requirement must be agreed in writing before sampling. Shipping, tooling, or other development expenses should not be assumed to qualify for a credit. If you are considering a sample followed by bulk production, mention this in your inquiry so the relevant sample and commercial terms can be clarified.

Can I order multiple designs, colors, or product SKUs together?

Multi-SKU orders can be evaluated, including different artwork versions, colors, sizes, accessories, or packaging configurations. Each design should have a clear specification and target quantity. Whether quantities can be combined for MOQ or pricing depends on the manufacturing process and the differences between the versions. Multiple designs may require separate production preparation, samples, or packing arrangements. For a coordinated product collection, provide a list of the intended SKUs and quantities so the appropriate manufacturing and quotation structure can be reviewed.

Can I review a sample before bulk production, and how is product quality checked?

Sampling can be discussed where suitable for the selected product. A representative sample may be used to review dimensions, printing, color appearance, structure, component fit, or specific functions. Quality requirements should be defined against the approved specification and the actual production arrangement. Certain products may require additional checks, such as display stability, mahjong tile inventory verification, liquid containment, or NFC readability. Sample costs, revision requirements, inspection scope, and any specific test evidence should be confirmed before production approval.

What happens after I submit an inquiry, and how are production and shipping schedules determined?

After receiving your project information, we review the brief and identify any specifications that need clarification. The next step may involve discussing a quotation, sample requirements, artwork revisions, or a suitable manufacturing approach. Production timing depends on the approved design, materials, components, order quantity, and packaging. International shipping arrangements also depend on the destination and selected transport method. Sampling, manufacturing, and transit should be scheduled separately. A specific delivery date or response time is confirmed only when supported by the actual project and logistics arrangement.
